Active in her community, Kimberly Haverly lives in the eastern suburb of Saint Charles, MO, and works in St. Louis. She is committed to helping those in need and has made it her life’s work, both personally and professionally. She speaks Spanish and hopes to learn other languages in order to help those underserved. Kimberly has a heart for meeting each person where they are at, respecting, and learning from each individual. Not only is she approachable, she is professional and effective. Likewise, Ms. Haverly considers it a privilege to train other professionals to deliver effective and evidenced-based treatment. As an AAMFT Clinical Supervisor, considered the highest gold standard of supervisor status, she is able to provide state of the art supervision, equipping supervisees and licensees to become licensed and advance the field of behavioral health. Since 2006, more than 14 years, Kimberly Haverly has served as a Counseling Director at the Healing Heart Counseling Center in St. Louis, MO. Led by Ms. Haverly, Healing Heart Counseling Center services clients, businesses, colleagues and interns, to overcome their personal and social issues, as well as reach their individual educational and professional objectives.
Ms. Haverly’s professional background includes an MA in Clinical Psychology and a BA in English Literature from California’s Antioch University and UCSB at Santa Barbara. She holds professional designations as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor, a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor, and a Certified Reciprocal Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor-Supervisor. In addition, she is a board-Certified Professional Christian Counselor and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor, Trained EMDR provider, and DBT practitioner. She is currently working on her dissertation in the research phase.
